Gizelle was super nice and great at explaining the process, very good customer service! Richard detailed my car after the repair and he was very nice and did a great job! I left stuff in the car and he was respectful with my things; he cleaned everything inside and out and my car looked almost brand new. Lastly, Felipe was super helpful and accommodating, he made sure everything was quoted and actually fixed up a part of my car that wasnt a requirement at all, all the staff were great and id love to go back if I ever need anything. Communication was 10/10 and ill definitely be telling anyone who needs car repairs to go here:)

First thing that comes to my mind is outstanding! It started with Kimberly the coordinator getting me scheduled the next day. Next was Gizelle, who is the receptionist was very polite, friendly and courteous. Then there was Richard, who took me home after I dropped off my truck and came back to my house and picked me up and took me back to the shop when it was finished. He also did an outstanding job of detailing my vehicle when it was done. Felipe the estimator tech, explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions regarding my truck. Last but not least there’s Josh the owner. What can I say over the years I’ve taken my vehicles to many different locations for different reasons to be repaired but none compared to his shop. He is very professional, ,knowledgeable, polite and was very easy to talk to. He made sure I understood the whole process i’m starting to finishand even showed me the equipment that they were going to use to repair my truck. My vehicle had hail damage on the hood, roof and doors and I can honestly say you cannot even tell it was damaged. I bought this truck two years ago new and I was really concerned about how it would turn out, but once I picked it up, my worries went away. it looked as new as when I first bought it. I turned it in on a Monday it was ready to be picked up on that Friday. Whoever reads this review. I highly recommend you choose Juiels Atuo Clinic. I would give them six stars if it was available.

I was extremely happy with the customer service I received. I was even able to get my rental right there in their shop. They finished my car alot quicker than I thought they would. Their communication couldn't have been better. I received updated texts and phone calls when needed. Super happy and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend them!

It took way too long to do it and you cause me great anxiety.it looks great ,but the time was way longer then just doing 1side of a car.even waiting on parts wouldn't have taken 1mth.and 2weeks. And my radio was out of wack,someone used my car for personal use by the way the radio and computer was acting I'm still having trouble with radio computer. But you did a great job with paint
