I appreciate the Above and Beyond service I got from Jupiter’s collision center. I was well informed throughout the entire process. The techs did a great job on my vehicle, David and Zack went out of their way to make sure I had transportation in the meantime and also worked around my schedule. Great experience.

One know it all just kept insulting me saying someone hit my windows. When only one was broken. Either way I was there to get my vehicle repaired not for his thoughts. Yes I wanted to know if it was covered under my bumper to bumper. Still didn't mean I was looking for a hand out. Still paid.over a 1000 to have it repaired. He needs to be quiet i almost went to another dealership for the repair. Thanks Mr David and his crew were amazing and also the nice young man Mason, and I am so sorry to forget his name but he sent me over to the Collison office. He saw the know it all starting to bother me. Also he was just walking around bothering people working. He needs to be a salesman instead of mechanic..

David in the collision shop was awesome. The whole experience was A+. I also had an A+ experience when bringing my truck in for an oil change and recall notice. I recommend Jupiter to all my friends and acquaintances.

The staff fixed the wrong but the experience could be better. I felt my wife was not given all the details of a form she signed. Which could have caused us to pay out of pocket. I appreciate how the staff took care of us at the end but do not think I will ever be back to Jupiter.

I brought my car into Jupiter Chevrolet on 2/24/25 for an insurance claim, and overall this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. To start, when I originally purchased the vehicle, I was promised multiple things that now seem questionable. One of those promises was dent repair. I was told dents could be repaired, but later I was told they could not fix them because they were “too big.” One dent is about the size of a half dollar and the other is about the size of a dime. If those dents are considered too large, then what dent damage are they actually willing to repair? Another issue was the deductible reimbursement process. They make you jump through unnecessary hoops even when you provide everything requested. I provided all documentation to both Jupiter Chevrolet and the third party involved. Yet when I tried to submit my own deductible reimbursement claim, the system said it had already been filed. So why was I being pushed to do more paperwork if it appears they already filed it—or could have easily filed it from the start? It felt like a game was being played, and it caused unnecessary confusion and stress. The biggest issue is how long they kept my vehicle—almost two months, which is absolutely insane. For that amount of time, many of these problems could have been handled quickly and professionally, but instead it felt like constant delays and runarounds. Another shocking part of this experience was the tire quote. I was quoted $675.81 for tires that I later found at Walmart for under $250. That price difference is unbelievable, and it raises serious concerns about pricing practices. Also, while my car was in the shop, my registration expired. Not once did anyone mention emissions testing or offer assistance. I ended up taking care of it elsewhere. At that point, it was clear the level of service changes once they no longer value your business. Overall, I feel like this experience was more about money and headaches than customer care. The lack of transparency, delays, and inflated pricing were unacceptable. I would not recommend Jupiter Chevrolet based on my experience.
