Very satisfied with the attention received by Erik Garza. He showed priority to my concerns, constantly kept me informed of all updates, answered all my questions and always offered an alternate solution if, due to my busy work schedule, I could not make it to the shop in time. Both he and his supervisor Zach Preddy were very professional, patient and made sure I understood the entire repair process. Definitely went over and beyond what was expected!!!

Even though there was a delay in parts outside of the Collision teams control, Erik Garza made sure to keep me updated on what was going on with my car weekly. He was very thorough and transparent. He responded to emails in a timely manner and gave outstanding customer service. If I need repairs in the future, I will be coming back.
