While I am extremely satisfied with the transmission work that was done and the work to remove the hail dents my truck had, I am disappointed that it does not appear that anyone looked at my driver's side window as requested. I rolled it down yesterday and when I went to it back up it won't do it automatically. It now goes about a quarter of the way up and then rolls right back down.

Two words URIEL CRUZ!!! (I know it’s a name) But he made the experience outstanding. Words cannot explain the way he went over and beyond to make this unfortunate incident a great experience. Uriel communicated every step of the way. He was professional the entire time. When we had hiccup due to the insurance company he was on it. Gotta give credit to the body shop as well.
