Andy was amazing! He kept me informed throughout the entire process even when the power outage occurred during the storm. Sure, I could've easily assumed that there would be delays, and I did. However, Andy contacted me on 2 different occassions letting me know that they weren't able to work and he'd be in touch. He was also helpful in answering my many questions both before and after the repair. Andy was great!
