The morning I dropped if off I was greeted by the most in profession person I have meet in some time. Not only that he wouldn't get off his ass and go look at my Truck with me. He never followed thru with a phone call never returned 2 voicemails. Finally called his supervisor.

Mostly everything was fine but they overlooked damage to a rubber seal in the door that was damaged by the seatbelt when I was trying to get out of the car after airbag deployment
