Initially I spoke with Jason the Service manager, who I trust with my vehicles when I need regular maintenance. He set up a meeting with Zach in the Body shop. Zach was very knowledgeable and had a vast amount of insight about the Insurance tactics and ways they try to pay as little as possible, even when they indemnify and accept the responsibility and agree to pay for your damages in full. In the end their professionalism and stead fast supervision between Zach and Eric helped bring the property damage claim to an end. I would be remiss not to mention or highlight the fact that they went the extra mile and were able to suppress the insurance company’s efforts to make me come out of pocket $$ for the invoice.
