This place is amazing from the minute I walk through the door. I came on a Saturday after they were closed but Marty still came out and helped me. They really care about customer service Fthe minute you walk through the door everyone is there to help you. They communicate with you the entire time they have your vehicle so that you know what’s going on.. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Pablo is such a kind, caring advisor. He put every best foot forward to stay in contact with me. My line of communication was horrible that he was so patient hopefully I’m not in any more car accidents but if I am, I’m definitely coming back to your shop and requesting Pablo, the ladies in the office were also very compassionate Asking if I was OK. Kaizen took very good care of my Corolla. Pablo helped me out and was very upfront and honest about estimates. Pablo made the repairs as affordable as possible which I appreciated very much.
