The repair was done within the promised time frame and just under the estimate. I had one small issue that the manager took care of in 15 minutes while a drank a cup of coffee. Overall, super impressed with the people that I came in contact with. Marlon, Marty, and or course, Jessica. All top notch professionals.

Kaizen was professional and did a great job fixing my car. You cannot tell there had been damage from an accident. My car was finished a day earlier than expected and they took care of returning the rental car.
