From the moment we took in our truck for an appraisal, to getting in contact with the insurance, to repairing collision damages & repainting it in about 9 days they were very thorough & in constant communication as to what was the next step! We were extremely pleased with the service that we received at Kaizen. The car looked brand new and even the inside was cleaned! The entire staff were friendly and had excellent communication along the way. I always felt like I knew the status of the vehicle and it was even done much earlier than expected. I would definitely use Kaizen again and recommend to others!
