My only regret: I originally understood that my travel after drop-off and for picking up vehicle would be covered; then found out there is a 5-mile radius limit. My satisfaction with the superb quality of work and service far outweighs my 17-mile travel cost during repairs.

Yes car looks brand new , I was treated with kindness respect so nice Kaizen employees went above and beyond to get my car back to me and on the road, I had a rental from enterprise I drove it straight to Kaizen I was told that I was able to leave it with them that they would take care of it how cool was that saved me a trip .
