Amazing job from the staff. Marlon initially helped me out, listened to all my concerns, and walked me through the whole process when giving me my estimates. Jessica and the rest of the staff always contacted me to let me know of any updates on my vehicle. Amazing work! Would come again, but hopefully won’t have to.

The Kaizen team was phenomenal! Service is stellar, they prioritized making things easy and simple for me. They drove me to pickup my car rental and took care of the drop-off for me after the repairs on my car were complete. Also the repairs were quick and turned out flawless.
