Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Repairs took about as long as I had expected. The communication was very good. The repairs look very nice. And the even cleaned the inside of my very dirty farm truck.

The experience was great from the first time I walked through the front door. The office people are kind, welcoming, considerate and so helpful. Nobody really wants to go in for a collusion repair, but it happens. For myself, it was made as “painless” as possible. After the initial assessment and estimate, a date was set for the repair process. Once the vehicle was at the shop, I was notified by text message or phone of what process the repairs were in and how it was progressing (which I thought was awesome)! Today, 5-13-25, I picked up my vehicle which looked great and was only 5 days for the complete repair.!! I give a big Shout Out to the staff of Kaizen Auto Body. P.s. the techs and painters were meticulous which is so impressive !!
