Will worked hard to get things approved by Allstate and to try and speed up parts from Subaru. It would help customers if this branch became part of the approved Allstate network. Lead to some delays in picking up the vehicle

Shop told me that it was finished, i picked up my truck and went home. When i got there i noticed 4 things that were not correct. Bad spot on door needed buffed Doors not aligned, over spray on inside dash And piece that was replaced did not match paint on truck. Took 13 more days to get those minor issues fixed.

Will and Jordy were wonderful!!! Our original quote for the damage was pretty expensive but they found a way to do the repair that did not require as much work and brought the price down. They were extremely kind, on time, and we will recommend Caliber to friends.

Due to having to take the car back, I highly doubt it. All they did was a quick fix when I took it back the 2nd time. Tightened and lubed it. which could have been done the first time . Drove out with my tire still rubbing and squeaking! So NO, I can not recommend to a friend or colleague.

Work was not completed, I had to bring the car back! When I did , they had me wait, waited for ah hour. The guy said everything is now fixed. On occasion, I still get the rubbing squeak. Insurance company has been notified.

I asked to be called whenever there were updates, but I had to call everyday for information. No letting me know beforehand that the repairs were done and my car was taken elsewhere for an alignment check. No call when the car was done. I was lucky I called when I did so they told me they’d be done in an hour. Overall poor outreach but they shared all info I requested.
