Hi there! Thank you for working on my car, and making the pickup so easy, and taking care of the rental for me. I do have some questions. If you did, indeed, run the diagnostics codes as stated in person as well as on the receipt, then why is the low tire pressure code still showing, same as when I dropped it off? Would your crew not have cleared the codes when they ran the diagnostics - twice? And possibly even put air in the tire? What was done to the rear door? I do not remember that discussion as it was only the front that had the glass damage on it. You charged for glass cleanup, but there is still glass in the backseat. That's it for the moment. After being hit in a parking lot I was dreading dealing with insurance and repairs. Montrose Auto Body really made the process smooth. They were able to give me an estimate the following morning and scheduled repairs to fit my schedule. They submitted the estimate and worked directly with the other drivers insurance keeping me informed throughout the paper process and repairs sending me updates on the progress. I was happy with the time line of the repair and with the friendly supportive office staff. Sorry guys I hope i dont need your service again but if I do your my first choice.
