Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

"I would absolutely NOT recommend this body shop. I got into a minor rear end accident in May and came right after it happened. Kaizen had an advisor come out, remove my skid plate that was dragging from my accident and told me he would get back to me. The shop never contact me for repairs. They filed with State Farm. They just had my broken skid plate. I contacted insurance and they said to try again with shop and I did. I finally got my car scheduled in December. I reminded them about the skid plate that was removed by their advisor back in May. Kaizen told me they have no documentation that they removed the skid plate, but the advisor who took care of me initially in May, wasn't working there anymore, and they didn't replace it cause that part does not exist and it's not in their shop. Besides the missing skid plate... The job they did was terrible. My car trunk is completely crooked. I have gaps in my trunk. It's so uneven. They took about a week to fix my car, which I thought was normal. When they delivered my car to my house, my car battery was completely dead and would not start. I wish I was the one to pick up from their shop but they insisted on dropping it off at my house telling my its not safe to leave it on their lot for the evening because of the area they are at....I was going to pick it up around 6pm after work... I got home to my car, to my shock, the work wasn't great, my weather tech mats were missing from my car as well... and car wouldn't start. Once we got the car charged... all of my check engine lights were on and the car would not drive. I called Kaizen on multiple occasions so did State Farm on the other line to have their phone number disconnected and say it was out of service. We finally had my car towed to a mechanic. Once I got my car towed for mechanical issues and come to find out my battery was mishandled, my SKID PLATE WAS NEVER REPLACED, and computers were fried. The mechanic shop ordered me the skid plate that doesn't exist. I am going to go through my insurance to get everything fixed at another body shop. I would not recommend this repair shop." Read less

Thank you for your professionalism. You didn't skip a beat. The Van is ship Shape inside and out. Thank u also for referring me to the Tire store across the Road . I had a nail in my rear left tire.
