Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Very disappointed this go around. Other experiences with Kaizen were great that is why I returned. I’m not sure what happened. Kaizen promises is to use mandatory parts I guess just not in my case

Everything was great except the ed bozart ordeal. Took my car their to fix the door. They call me after 2 hours to ask me what happened to the door. I told them and they was going to fix. My friend took me to her house in orchard mesa because they were just starting to fix. We just get to her house and they call back stati ng they couldnt fix today. Because they have to take door panel off and they didn't have clips to put back together. Clips wouldn't be here until Monday. So today the car is back their to get fixed

I had some damage to one door. I was very pleased going to Kaizan because they have a lifetime guarantee on the repairs-a benefit of my auto insurance with Hartford. The work makes my car look like new. Jason is careful to let me know ahead of the repair how long my car would be in the shop. I was prepared to have this be a big hassle, but it was very easy. I would recommend Kaisan.

Jason kept in touch with me often to let me know how things were going. Office staff is efficient and know what’s going on as well . My car repair was completed in a timely manner. The repair work is excellent, looks like new.
