Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

The bumper had to be pulled off to be re-buffed / redone for some paint drip on one side of the bumper. The bumper was put back on and is painted correctly....but doesn't align that well and is slightly crooked. The brackets may have been bent slightly and may need to be replaced. I picked the car up and paid but it still doesn't look right w gaps in places there weren't prior to the accident. Brandon was helpful and kept me updated w the process etc. Id really like the bumper to fit how it did the first time I saw it after the repair when the paint wasn't right.

Gaps are off on the bumer...it doesn't line up correctly. Previous to this had to be taken off for some additional paintwork and couldnt take delivery of the car due to bad paint. Not thrilled w having a new car w a misaligned bumper. It's not completely terrible but is noticeable. Was told to go to secrest for the best repairs. If I had to do it again I'd go elsewhere

Communication was good. Felt like it was a problem when the paint wasn't right the first time and told them I wouldn't be taking the car...but overall staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that the only thing that matters, to me at least, is the condition of the car when it's finished
