We were very impressed with Alina when we brought our vehicle to Kaizen. We had gone to other places for quotes but she was the only one to explain everything step by step. She also had some crew members cover up the broken window in our car, no one else offered to do this. Alina was very professional and easy to talk too. The whole Kaizen team did a fantastic job on our vehicle it looks amazing. We highly recommend Kaizen Collision for your vehicle repairs.

Alina was so easy to work with. She kept me up to date with the repair process in a timely manner. The car is new and Alina explained to me how to raise the driver’s seat, how to lower the back seats and more. She is definitely an asset for your company! Jesse was absolutely awesome! He gave regular updates and let me know of an issue with my car that wasn't collision related, my car wouldn't start for the repair team to drive into the shop. The repair team pushed my car and did the repairs. The repairs were done in a timely fashion! Mia was very good at letting me know of updates on the time frame and extended my car rental. I would highly recommend Kaizen Collision! I give Kaizen Collison 10 stars! Thank you for helping my experience less stressful!!!!!
