I will now. For the past 2 years I only recommended Smitty's & told people the one estimator at Kaizen was a jerk. Freddy is a huge improvement, as is Alina.

Improved! The estimator I dealt with 2 years ago was a jerk. Glad he is gone. I took my other vehicle to Smitty's instead & they got my $2,000+ for non-insurance paid work. I only came to Kaizen now b/c they worked on the T-Bird before.
