I cannot say enough good things about Farcher Auto Body! I let someone borrow my truck to go hunting and, naturally, they managed to run a four-wheeler into the side of it. 😂 I needed a fender replaced, had some bumper damage, and decided to have them debadge it while they were at it. From the minute I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, joking around with me and making the whole process easy. They were upfront, honest, and genuinely looked out for my best interests. Communication was great the entire time, they got my truck back to me quickly, and it looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Great people, great service, and incredible work. I would 100% recommend Farcher Auto Body!

Only a part of the repairs were completed the other part was completely ignored and not even acknowledged even though they're in the notes and I had several conversations about the other repairs highly disappointed even though communication seem clear and concise there was a lack of follow through on karcher's part

Completed Insurance repairs completely ignored and agreed upon repairs outside of the insurance and given no explanation thought communication was clear and good between both parties. Would have been nice if Karcher Auto Body I just told us they didn't want to do any of the extra repairs outside of the insurance work. Business must be good. When my wife went to go pick it up the advisor just stood there and gave no explanation of why the other repairs were not done even though it's in the notes.

Not pleased with their work. The repaint was dull, looks like they didn’t add any metal flakes to their clear coat. Going to give them a chance to correct their work, but so far we are not very pleased.
