They answered all of my questions and worked well with Allstate. I had a great experience throughout the time Wes was working on my car. The support staff are very good at their jobs too.

Great customer service. They kept in touch with status texts on their progress and worked with me to pick my car up later, just really very accommodating. Wes even offered to have me leave my Enterprise rental car there and Enterprise would come and pick up my rental from Karcher Auro Body. Pretty sweet customer service

They never reached out with updates, I had to call every few days to learn the status of my repair. This was the only issue.
