Very easy to deal with. They take all the hassle out of getting estimates and dealing with insurance companies. And also arranging rental cars. Cleaned my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off! Triple star customer service!

The scheduling of our repair was a nightmare. Completely understand unforeseen repairs. But a two day repair became over a week. In a Friday we were told that it needed to be kept for the paint to dry. Monday it needed washed, Tuesday afternoon it still needed washed. We has enough. Told the customer service p person e would be right there to get it. We live 30 minutes away. With construction took us longer. The Internet site I was using said closing was 5:30 pm. We arrived at 5:15pm.. The office was closed. Our car was sitting in the parking lot, unlocked.4 An employee that was still there was very polite and helpful and called the owner. When the owner arrived we apologized and explained we were looking at an incorrect post. The owner was extremely rude. Did not like being bothered. Again we felt bad and tried to explain. The treatment received was beyond rude. Continually told us they close at 5:00 and it’s always been 5:00. He did not appreciate having to come back to help us. The scheduling was a joke. Friday morning the paint is tacky, then Tuesday night it still was not ready?? Unacceptable then to just leave our car sitting out unlocked…. ????
