This is the first time working with Karcher Auto Body. The staff was professional and informative, they answered all of my questions about my repair. Rear window wiper is jammed behind the new spare tire cover and will not move at all. Paint job was in my bid, but not done. Great job of pulling broken panels and replacing them fast, but headlight with broken seal was not repaired or replaced, and it seems like Karcher doesn’t care about much besides collecting the insurance checks.
