Car looks great. Disappointed that no one told me about a 3% charge if I didn’t pay cash or check. Yes it’s posted in shop but it’s been several days since I’ve been there, its in tiny font underneath a larger font stating all acceptable forms of payment! It’s not indicated on my estimate nor was it mentioned during any phone call (and I had two calls w staff today). People don’t carry that kinda cash around.

I am so impressed with the service and attention that I received, especially considering it was such a small repair the help, and the interaction with everybody there at Karcher Auto Body was above any expectation. If and when in the future, I need any Autobody work done. Karcher Auto Body is the only place I will go. Thank you so much for the quick service.

Car was returned completely dirty and dusty inside. It must have been open to the shop elements with the rear hatch off the car with no regard to the condition of the interior. The repairs took just about a month to complete.

We had a fantastic experience and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. Our truck looks amazing! Only thing I wish would have been done was someone went over the details of what was done to it at pick up. But that’s a small detail compared to everything you guys did.

These guys are amazing their team took care of me and my car super quickly. They kept me updated through the whole process and dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. They didn't put the original outlander parts I had but I was assured the parts I had was manufactured parts I love those letters better then the ones I had :) Molly Crystal Bryce & Daniel Thanks for everything ! My baby still rolling like new in looks wonderful !! If ever need you guys again I want Daniel in Bryce ! PERIOD ! :) THANKS AGAIN !
