We had hail damage and when I picked up the vehicle up there was a huge scratch across half of the hood. It looked like some one had tried cleaning the paint with a wire brush. Called and talked to the collision center. Had to bring the truck back up to ankeny to have the scratch repaired. After approximately 30 minutes the collision center said it was done. But the scratch was still very visible. Brought the truck around and showed my salesman, Dave, the scratch. He brought it around to the Collision center again and at this point it finally got fixed. Dave really helped get our truck back to like new condition.
