Only problem was when I picked the truck up the inside of the windshield was heavily frosted over not sure if maybe someone did not have the windows completely up while it sat outside.

As a supervisor I feel that customer service is key. I was not impressed with the customer service that I received from both the Collision Center and Hertz. I personally will never return.
