After debating with my insurance company for a month going back-and-forth, it was one of the most frustrating processes, but from the day I called Karl Chevrolet I felt at ease and in good hands. Dent repair and paint blending looked really good the only thing that bothered me was there was still blue masking tape still left on my truck I can deal with that. The reason for the low review is the drivers side mirror and rubber gasket. There was a rattle coming from the mirror. Turns out the mirror was put back on after the repair but all 3 nuts were hand tight I’m glad it didn’t fall off when I was driving. Instead of wasting my time to drive back to the shop I did the repairs myself.

Jenn was great to work with. She communicated with me and was very open during the entire repair process. After the initial repair was completed, I encountered a small issue with the SuperCruse system. Jenn again stepped up and figured out the issue and got it work correctly again.
