Delivery of repaired car was delayed multiple times. Total cost came in substantially above estimate. There was plenty of communication via "automated emails" but I didn't really feel like we were a valued customer or getting genuine customer service. Towards the end, the delays felt more like excuses - i.e. car is being prepped for paint (multiple times). The quality of the work appears good. I'd consider using Karl Mey in the future, but was not totally satisfied with this past experience.

Karl Mey uses automated emails to send out information, but the personal touch was often lacking. We received numerous emails about delays to delivery with no explanation on why.

I had to reach out to Karl Meys for all updates. They did not even call me to let me know they received the car, let alone inform me of the process. They were not able to meet the original completion date, of which I was not informed. The only call I received from them was when the car was ready.

Every person I dealt with from start to finish was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I got my vehicle back earlier than expected and I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. Not one complaint!

So far all seems great EXCEPT for the one large part of the rear bumper which is still on extended back-order, Karl Mey’s will notify me when the part finally arrives and only after they properly install it will all repairs from this accident be final. Then I will know for sure that all is okay.
