On Friday, 5 days after I dropped my car off and the day I was told it would be done, I received a text at 9:30 am my car was almost ready and I would get a call if any problems. However, no call arrived only a text at 3:30 pm saying my car would not be ready until the FOLLOWING Friday. I was NOT pleased. I called and was told you were busy and the car was drivable but I'd have to bring it back for completion. Now, ever more unhappy. After daily texts over the week saying "progress, more than half completed, almost done" I was now told another week because you were "busy?" I expressed my extreme displeasure with this double talk and I expected my car no later than Feb.13 if not sooner. I received a call today the car was complete. I like you guys. I really do. But, I felt I was lied to all week and was car less more days then expected and had to change appointments, get rides and psy for rides 5 days later then anticipated. Better, more honest communication is needed.
