When I dropped the car off, they seemed surprised to see me even though the appointment had been made almost one month in advance.The repair took 4 days longer than expected and was $2000 more expensive than quoted. We have used Karl Meys in the past and usually the pricing was fair and accurate so I was very surprised. The car looks great though.

They did a very nice job overall and returned the car clean and unable to tell it had been repaired from the outside. The repair required some welding, and if I specifically look, I can see where it was hand-welded, vs machine welded in the factory - but they did a great job of making sure those were hidden (inside the charging flap, or inside the hatch). The hand-welding appeared to be very high quality. Any visible work such as in the door frame was not visible. They communicated well along the way, and finished earlier than originally anticipated.
