Although the final quality of repair of our vehicle was excellent, it is driving a damaged car off the lot with aftermarket parts that didn’t line up properly and didn’t fit that is absolutely unacceptable. I am saddened for the unaware driver who thinks all is well when their shiny car is returned to them with a poorly fitted front end that may not hold up in the next crash. Karl Meys, your work is excellent, don’t let forced low grade repair ruin your stellar reputation.

Customer service is top notch, BUT why should the consumer have to get less and accept lower safety standards in order to satisfy government regulations? Remember, people who have been in an accident are already traumatized, they certainly don’t need more aggravation. If the vehicle doesn’t pass your quality check, do not let it leave your shop without informing the customer up front. Honesty goes a long way.

The work was done well. Only issue was after i took the car home, next morning my tire was flat and had some sort of nail holes in the tire according to Honda. Only reason I mention it is because I just new has new tires put on right before I brought the car for service. I know your contractor was doing alot of work around the property and it could have come from him.
