Was slightly disappointed with the time it took to accomplish a rather minor repair. On the plus side Karle's took the initiative to schedule a USAA insurance inspector to successfully reclama a supplemental on my claim.

Although there was a communication breakdown and issues between the insurance company, car rental and the repair shop, I felt John acknowledged the failures on his end and ensured they took responsibility for the delay and I was compensated accordingly to ensure my financial losses were made right. This goes to show the integrity this shop has and I would still go back and recommend them to others.
