I would still use you guys again and recommend you. My friends who loaned me the car recommended you. I would just add to my recommendation that it took much longer to get my car back than promised so be prepared for that.

The work done was EXCELLENT. The back of my car looks brand new, like before I was rear ended. Thank you. The only issue we experienced was the time it took to have it fixed. I understand there was a lot of issues that came up, like Phil Long having issues ordering OEM parts and more damage internally than originally planned for but my car taking over two months to be fixed seemed excessively long. My car insurance ran out after 50 days, which is pretty long compared to most auto insurance. Luckily a friend had a car for me to borrow to finish out the extra two weeks of repairs.

I had to do most of the calling to find out the status of my car. I know when I dropped off my car, the gal said, "don't call us, we'll call you when it's ready." But after two weeks, I should have at least received a call to tell me the status. As other issues came up, Phil Long issue, I should have again been given a courtesy call telling me about the issue extending my repair time. Perhaps a weekly phone call on Friday mornings to customers giving them an update on their vehicle would be helpful? I know it would have been for me instead of me calling to ask and having to leave a message. Just an idea. Thanks.

I love Karle! I was a little disappointed when I picked up my car that a few things were missed, especially after having my car for almost two months. It was fixed immediately, but just wished it was looked at like an owners eye before getting there to pick it up.
