I have been bringing my coaches to Karle Coachwork, three to be exact, to be repaired, for well over 30 years. The first coach was my daughter’s new Acura that she had been given for graduation. We were new to the area; when we asked who did primo work on coach repair, the comments were consistently—Karle Coachwork! Then, it was the father and original owner, who ran the store. That first coach repair was top notch and done with extreme attention to detail. The people were highly professional, a joy to work with, and it was obvious that they did their work with the pride and skills of true coach craftsmen. The place exuded with integrity, caring, professionalism, and the joy and skills that only true craftsmen have. Our next repair was my wife’s Red Honda Prelude. I gave it to her on Valentine’s Day, well over 20 years ago. It was very special; we recently sold it to a young couple, who have totally restored it; it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Karle Coachwork repaired this special coach with the same integrity, caring, professionalism, joy and skills, that only true craftsmen have. The business was still being run by the father; a father who can be deeply proud of what he started, and was continuing. Recently, after over 30 years, we had to bring in our Honda CRV to Karle Coachwork, for coach repairs. After 30 years, I knew where the real coach craftsmen, lived and worked—Karle Coachwork. Now, it was the son who was running the show; a son who has learned deeply well from his father. Under the son, Karle Coachwork, has continued the integrity, caring, professionalism, joy, and skills, that his father started, well over 30 years ago. On the day I recently picked up my CRV, I had the deep pleasure of briefly meeting these two gentlemen. I tried to express how much they and their craftsmanship mean to me. At 79, I sometimes don’t get my message across very well. But I wanted them to know how much I deeply appreciated both of them, their business, their integrity, and their craftsmanship. Karle Coachwork is a primo company, at the very top tier of coach craftsmen. In any business, there are very few Karle Coachworks! Father and son should be deeply proud; may you continue for several 30 years more! With Deep Love and Respect, Richard Pack (A consistently pleased Karle Coachwork customer,) P.S. The handwritten note, that I recently received in the mail, appreciating my business, is part of that Karle Coachwork—extra caring!
