I had my 1 1/2 month old with me and though I unfortunately don't remember his name, the gentleman who got me all checked in when I dropped my car off helped me load the car seat in my rental car. Greatly appreciated!!!

Parts of the vehicle were sanded and never repainted. The headliner was damaged during the removal and or the re-installation and had to be pointed out by us in order to get it addressed. The quality of the paint job was poor

Well Gabe at the shop is very nice, all we have received are excuses as to why it took nearly four months to repair the vehicle and it still has to go back for additional work that was missed or done improperly
