The car works great and while there is small evidence of separation of the bumper if you look closely it is completely fixed in place and hard to notice.

The communication was great and expectations were clearly set. in addition the timeline for finishing repairs was accurate and reasonable at 3 weeks given the island location. They also went above and beyond and gave me a ride to the car rental place as well as give me specific tips on when to rent so it can match up the policy benefit I have.
