I hesitate because I don't want my friends and family to go through what I went through with m I battery. They may not be so lucky as to have their batteries under warranty and may have to pay out of pocket.

The repair came out great, but when I picked my car up the battery was totally dead. The battery was barely 2 years old and hadn't given me any issues until this. There was no concern when I went inside to ask about this, just a casual "we'll jump it for you" as if this was entirely my problem. I drove straight to Autozone and fortunately my battery was still under warranty so they replaced it free of charge, but I would have sought compensation if that hadn't been the case because who picks up a car from a REPAIR SHOP with a DEAD BATTERY?

Customer service is spot on!! Super friendly and helpful and kept me up to date on my vehicles progress. The work on the vehicle is impeccable!! Looks as if nothing ever happened. No orange peel. Perfect factory grade paint job. I’ll be using Kauai collision again for my next fender bender!
