Exactly as described of the representative. We have to wait till the parts came in. Waiting for two months till it’s done. We were not able to witness how they work on it but the paint is very shiny when we pick up the truck. I’m not sure if they replace it or not. Only them knows and I did not ask them. Good condition and good quality service as well. Worth for the money. I highly recommend this repair shop. Thank you so much. Very much appreciated.

Our experience in having our 2019 Nissan truck fixed at Kauai Collision Center was. great. From the initial contact to do the estimated costs to setting up the repair appointment & their management to work out the details of our claims w our insurance company went smoothly. They also were so helpful in setting up our car rental which we didn’t need because our ordered parts came in on time & the repairs were done in less then 3 days. Truck returned fixed, polished, cleaned inside & out. Very satisfied customers.
