The body work is awesome just like the clerical staff but looks like who ever worked on my car went through my belonging . My safety check bracket was put on my car when I didn't drop it off like that. It's very weird please talk to whoever worked on my car. I'll call to report.

My truck looks better than even WAY BEFORE I negligently drove it into the side of an innocent soccer mom's white Gran Caravan. I applaud and appreciate the talented work performed on my truck. Bed cover was not on my truck when I went to pick it up but they put it on while I waited. The tailgate didn’t shut properly rattled when closed. They fixed this.

I went to pick up my car and it didn't start. I never receive it, it is still sitting in the same spot where your employer parked it. Dings throughout my vehicle. Back gate doesnt match up. I left a voicemail and dropped my keys in the drop box.please call me asap. 651 6923 Mahalo

Everything was amazing until I picked my truck up and realized that my truck was left in the ON position. The crew immediately jumped the truck. When I got home it was still dead and had to be jumped again. I then called the next day to ask them to put it on a charging station, which they did only when I asked. I never got an apology from management and then was made to feel like it was my battery or trucks fault that it died. After it was charged, I was told I needed to go get myself a new battery! My battery was fine NO problems AT ALL up until they left it on!.......Not impressed AT ALL... I do understand that mistakes are made but it was not mine and I would have thought that KC would have made it right with a new battery or even a credit since I do understand it was not brand new. I was so understanding that it was a mistake but I guess my kindness was my weakness that day!
