Very satisfied. Office staff was amazing made it super convenient for me to drop car pick up rental and service on my car they went above and beyond just the repair. I’m disappointed with the overall service I received from this shop. While my truck was being repaired and painted, communication from the office was poor. I tried following up about my repair, but no one returned my calls. When I got my truck back and inspected it, I noticed booth marks on the back seat and behind the front seat. The inside of the truck was also somewhat dusty. I also noticed that the exterior had a sandy, rough feeling when I ran my hands over the paint. I brought this to their attention, and I was told that someone would get back to me about having the truck clay barred. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up with me about that either. Because of these issues and the lack of communication, I contacted my insurance company to express my concerns and let them know that I was not satisfied with the service I received. I understand that repairs and paint work can take time, and I appreciate the work that was done on my truck. However, better communication, attention to detail, and follow-up with the customer would have made a big difference in my experience.
