I have used KC Colors probably a half dozen times and have generally been satisfied with the repair work i had completed. Overall, I really like using KC Colors. This time, the communication and the attention to detail (i.e. the drivers side mirror was completely missed) could have been better.

Took longer than I was told... I realize that there was a part that took a long time to get to the shop, but i would've appreciated a little more communication. Also, our drivers side mirror was not fixed adequately. It vibrates at highway speed and the scratches are very noticeable. I would appreciate a call back please to discuss what can be done about the mirror. Thanks.
