I was happy with the work on the bumper but learned after picking up the car it needs to be re celebrated , now I have to take the car back at more cost which should have been caught the first time original bid.

Everyone at Keaton's was helpful and friendly. We were kept up to date at every step of the repair and had no surprises at all when the job was done. Roger, at the Teays Valley location, was especially helpful and friendly. He even made sure we could get some tools we had forgotten inside the vehicle when we needed them. I would absolutely recommend Keaton's 100% in the future and will be sure to come back if we ever need it.
