Excellent body work.

However, I felt like you held my car hostage for about 5 days after it was completed because there was repair money owed by the insurance company. The result of that was a 500 fee I had to pay to Enterprise car rental for the extra days. The workmanship on my car was excellent. The communication about my vehicle was poor at best. If I hadn't stopped by and ask for my car you would probably still have it. Phone calls didn't seem to work.

Unfortunately this was not my first trip to Keaton’s but because of their impeccable customer service and amazing skills, they are ALWAYS the ones I turn to. Dewayne was easy to work with, provided excellent communication throughout the process and worked with my insurance-taking the stress off me. Keaton’s is the best!!

I think quality of work was excellent, at least on first blush, I think Keaton could absorb small issues( nuts/ bolts/ etc) on cash repairs and create more consumer satisfaction

The damage appears well repaired, the truck was washed and presentation was well done.
