A part that should have been replaced according to the work scope was not replaced when I arrived for pick up

I made countless calls to the representative regarding my vehicle. My vehicle was in the shop for 43 days. My insurance company would only cover 30 days. I had to pay $750 in rental car costs. I made sure that Keen's knew that I only have two weeks left on the rental when the vehicle was dropped off.
