I've had cars repaired here before and they've done a great job. The repair took over 9 months to complete but this was mainly due to the age of the vehicle (2005 Infiniti FX35) and commication with the insurance companies. The staff is friendly and informative and I would have given a higher rating if the vehicle was cleaned before delivery.

Oh my goodness! The service at Keens Body Shop is over the top a wonderful experience! Those workers cared about me and my car issues the minute I called on the phone until I drove off the lot with my car repaired. AND, can you believe, no wasted time driving around a rental as Keens ordered the parts before I brought in the car and quickly repaired it!! Thank you so very much Dave Keen and staff! You are the very best all around!!

My car looks brand new again. Everyone is friendly on the phone and in person. I was told that the part would be ordered before I took my car to Keens but it hadn’t. I thought I’d have my car back in a few days instead it was 2 weeks. Thank you

Everyone is very friendly. But I was told they would order the parts needed before I brought my car in so it would only be in the shop a few days. Turned out my car was there over 2 weeks because the part would not be in until a week later.
