They greatly exceeded my expectations of what I was expecting the car to look like. They really were super nice and helpful on the counter and on the phone. Have not had a chance to check everything, but we were working on a tight schedule to go on a trip. If Drew and Lance would not have come through, we would have paid late or cancellation charges. Very pleased!
