Everyone was extremely nice and helped me with all my concerns. They even waited after they had closed so I could get my car back. That was so great with the awful rental car experience I had. All repairs done properly and car detailed nicely. Only complaint - the wire conduit at back of vehicle by tow hitch was hanging down - I had to tie-wrap it back up so it wasn't hanging. Also the trailer electrical connection was hanging and I had to slide it back into it's "holder".
