I didn't have a lot of choice -- the insurance required that I take it there. Because of the near total lack of ongoing communication, I wouldn't use them again.

The final work was excellent but the customer service is ripe for improvement. They don't seem to have any good way for the one who answers the phone to know the current status of the job.

The repair took about 2 weeks. The person answering the calls did not seem to have any way to know the current status of the work. That is basic stuff and is not acceptable in a competitive business climate.

Service was friendly, repair was done well and quickly. One small piece of moulding was missed but as soon as we let them know they immediately apologized and took care of it. Great experience!
