Liked knowing status of the truck, but a few too many call & texts. Also didn't seem to understand that this is Chris' wife's number, not the truck owner in spite of me telling them several times, so he didn't get the updates, I did, & then had to relay the info to Chris. Definitely better than having to call to check on the progress like the last shop, but a bit obtrusive. Other than that, the work looks good, & it was completed in a somewhat timely fashion. Can't comment on the cost since it was covered by someone else's insurance.
